Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

If you need to return an item, simply email us at look.buy247@gmail.com with your order details. We’ll guide you through the process and notify you once your refund has been issued.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in Pakistan. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and certain items cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on your selected shipping provider, delivery times may vary.

Please also note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of each item is shown on its detail page. To reflect the policies of our courier partners, all weights are rounded up to the next full kilogram.
